Shipping policy

Western ITM is a trade and retail merchant with physical store locations. All products are available for in-store collection only. We do not offer freight or postal delivery.

In-Store Collection

All orders placed through shop.westernitm.co.nz are fulfilled via in-store collection at your chosen Western ITM branch.

Collection is free of charge on all orders.

Estimated collection time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM on a business day will be ready for collection same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be ready for collection from 8:00 AM the following business day.

Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Western ITM Whenuapai (Primary) 2 Airport Road, Whenuapai, Auckland 0816 Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Western ITM Kumeu 154 Main Road, Kumeu, Auckland 0810 Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Please contact your preferred branch to confirm your order is ready before travelling. Our team will also send a confirmation when your order is prepared.

Shipping Costs

Western ITM does not charge for shipping. All products are collected in-store at no additional cost beyond the product price. There are no freight, handling, or delivery fees applied at checkout.

Products on Display In Store

All products listed on shop.westernitm.co.nz are available to view and purchase in-store at our Whenuapai and Kumeu branches. Stock availability may vary between locations. Please contact your preferred branch to confirm availability of a specific product before visiting.

Returns

Products may be returned to any Western ITM branch within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return transport to store is at the customer's cost

Cut timber, opened products, and special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
