Refund policy

Products may be returned to any Western ITM branch within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return transport to store is at the customer's cost

Cut timber, opened products, and special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Inventory is managed independently at our Western ITM Kumeu and Western ITM Whenuapai branches, and stockĀ 

levels may change throughout the day. We recommend confirming availability with your preferred store prior to purchase.
